You have the right to know and access the data we hold about you. Our privacy policy lists the categories of data we collect, and most of the data we hold is visible in your personal profile. However, we are happy to send you the data we hold in a comprehensible, human-readable format.

You have the right to export the data we hold about you. Our privacy policy lists the categories of data we collect, and most of the data we hold is visible in your personal profile. However, we are happy to send you the data we hold in a portable, machine-readable format.

Right to rectify

You have the right to correct any data we hold about you.

Right to opt-out

You have the right to opt-out of any future marketing communications and data sale.

To exercise your right to opt-out of marketing communications, please click the "unsubscribe" link in the communication. To exercise your right to opt-out of any future data sale, please contact us or send an email to privacy@jahuty.com.

Right to delete

You have the right to delete your data from our system. Doing so will delete your snippets and payment information, cancel your subscription, and close your account, except for the small amount of data we must retain for financial or legal reasons.

To delete your data, click the "Cancel account" button in your account settings. Please keep in mind, this is action is permanent and cannot be undone.

Right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint against us with your national supervisory authority.

To lodge a complaint in the EU, contact your data protection authority. To lodge a complaint in California, USA, contact the state attorney general.

Notice to non-account holders

You do not need to create an account to exercise your privacy rights. However, we only possess personal data about our account holders. Until you submit the registration form, we don't know who you are, and any information we have about you is anonymous. The instructions below may require signing in, because it is the best way to authenticate our customers with personal data.
